The Centre for Resource Mobilization and Community Development is focused towards improving the livelihoods of vulnerable communities through sustainable development initiatives. The organization strategic thrusts are Education, Economic Empowerment, Health, Peace Building, Leadership and Governance, Climate Change Mitigation, Disaster Preparedness, Emergency Response and Mitigation. To achieve its objectives CRMCD adopts Human rights-based approaches (HRBAs) to development. The organization analyses inequalities that lie at the heart of development problems, and redress discriminatory practices and unjust distributions of power that impede development progress. We emphasize on developing local capacity towards long-term self-sufficiency and prosperity.
